Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at our online florist store Kalee.pk. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and you may need to return it for a refund. We have therefore established the following refund policy for giving you best florist online service.
Cancellation of Order:
You can cancel your order anytime before the scheduled delivery date. However, if the order has already been dispatched or delivered, it cannot be cancelled.
Return & Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you received at the time of delivery, please inform our rider at the spot and request a refund or replace then and there. You will be requested to send pictures or other evidence of the issue at the same time. If the product is found faulty, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
If there are any delivery issues such as a wrong address or delivery at the wrong time, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will try our best to resolve the issue. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to a wrong address or the recipient not available, we will not offer a refund.
Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee up to the total value of the order.
No Refund for Custom Orders:
We do not offer refunds for custom orders as they are made to order specifically for you.
